“Soul Christmas” … nice, I think I have many of those tracks on different comps,
but not all.

But the other two … I’ve not been able to find any evidence of their existence. Please do tell … are these old vinyl releases, or from outside the US, or … ??

I’ve enjoyed watching the Roy Silver interview and wondered if it was a real story by a real guy. It all seems to add up that it is. I’m so glad I bought the deluxe version of the new Together Through Life CD with extras! That Theme Time Radio Hour CD was also a great treat! I’ve listened to it more than the CD, which is praise to Bob’s deejay skills! Peace!

Part of me wants to say that dude’s just a pompous music snob dillweed… but then again, we all like what we like and who’s to say his opinion on music is wrong? It’s just his opinion. It matters for only himself. That’s why I never read movie reviews, or album reviews, I just make up my own mind without having the thoughts of others cloud my impression.

What about the Basement Tapes? I guess that one didn’t make the cut. I would vote for that one tho because its Dylan at his most random.

i have several of elliotts prints of the BAND and Dylan.
I have met Elliott personally at his home to hand pick several photos.
He is friendly, amazingly talented and generous.

Bonjour,

The english language is not my first, I’m french from Québec.
I have seen the movie pg&bk at least 20 times. In both version fench and english, and I’ve seen 6 differents version of the movie. The last one I saw was in late 90′ and was de Pechimpah version, longer and most fidel to the genre.
But I listen the music since 1973, I have a vinyl in good condition, even after thousands of plsy. But there are three songs I’have never be able to get. those are Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid and working for the law. And one of those is the best song of the movie. It’s when Coburn hold the fire and Kristoferson came out.
